fleecing people while collecting his exorbitant salary and
benefits for as LONG AS HE CAN. HIS buddies are making money on the rollovers and supporting his endeavor. To think that he has stockholders' concerns in his mind, is delusional. This scam is close to it's end , The only thing that will stop them is a legal
threat , an SEC action , run out of shares , or a combination of the three . Appeals to his conscience are HOPELESS -he has no conscience- He is a true SOCIOPATH (read the definition )
