There is no way they have the certification now. I'd thought they'd had to restart the process but even if not I'm pretty sure they've not even gotten the crew to recommence testing. With the RS, hopefully the shares will be above $1 which when sold through brokers like Sharebuilders you won't have to pay that huge extra fee
