This has been said numerous time they. Have preferred share/credit with Tew they cannot sell right now. From what I was told this is the notes that were due in may and retail. If they are selling it's share that they bought common, but that's no different that if retail was selling imo. But even that's unlikely to me seeing as how recently I was told by a rep. They were maxing out acct s at the level.
