It hardly even matters. You can't trade any size and who would want to at this stage?

The opportunity for an uplisting was in the people that were coming in from the merger who thought they could turn this company around and who apparently thought they could potentially do something with the "assets" that HWAL was reporting. But current management blew that.

There is nothing left here but a corporate shell and whatever salvage value, if any, there is in that music library. And the notion that it is worth north of $60 million is ludicrous.
