the more I dig into Gerald's henious and nafarious TF relationships

the more I realize he was in bed with some very nasty folks

this is some 'bad voodoo' gang

he had the freedom to go clean long ago

but for some reason that I still can't quite comprehend

he choose the path of financial ruination instead

what did he gain from doing so ?

what did he provide in return for his faithful shareholders ?

there's much much more to his activities and choices leading to AMBS catastrophic demise then I will ever know

we have been left with a complete and utter mess - Gerald's $16-Mil. defaulted "financial engineering" mess - and it ain't pretty

and now he is in hopes that another biotech - SeD will clean it all up and come to the rescue

all for a hefty 90% ownership agreement

Mr. Chang is no fool and knows that Gerald is over a barrel

and I'm quite confident Mr Chang knows how to siege an opportunity when he sees it

and for mere pennies on the dollar no less

you simply can't make this stuff up
