Hey lizvestor,

Hynix had an interesting response to the lawsuit; see below. Perhaps the thief will entertain a settlement with Rambus as well. Why make the lawyers any richer?

Park Hyun, a spokesman for Hynix, had no comment on the amount of compensation being sought. He said the South Korean company would seek an out-of-court settlement.
