I think if their technology did what they claim it does it would be commercially viable...the math is in their favor if it actually works...
Even if it doesn't save domestic coal power plants it would certainly be profitable to sell to Asian markets through Western Ports(of course this requires their tech working and actually being dust free and some administration help opening up ports for them ... All of which would be accomplishable if anyone believed in their tech)
Imo they don't have that proof yet... They have some tests they ran that we're favorable, however not favorable enough to get $1 of investment money...
This next round of tests they have supposedly started is the end game for them one way or another... They will never have a more favorable political environment or attention than they do now
If they don't come out of this conference coming up with an investment ...not talk of how close they are to an investment then it simply means they can not prove their technology works...
