Tell me what is the purpose for an R/S?

It's to either maintain pps to stay on a certain market i.e NYSE or Nasdaq QX- you get the point

Or to dilute

Tew has money he doesn't need to dilute anymore.

We are pink sheet.

No R/S needed

Plus O/S is 50% of A/S and has slowed to a crawl/ not moving

So I find this part of the post inaccurate.

This would not be said if the pps was different

Things are not good now and pps reflects people's confidence.

Nothing to do with the company this is ppl. Yeah they are not delivering but that according to our time line. And we are not the company. So we are setting ourselves up for disappointment and the when thing do go the way we want this happens
