The SEC and DTCC and all of the civil regulatory agencies have broken what we call the "RULE OF SEVENS" it's precedent in numerous courts of law and in international trade. It's prima-facia case evidence for an "oppressed minority shareholder" and many other violations of any commonly accepted business practice. It's stealing, call it "theft through deception" Plain and simple. Even Homer Simpson and Gomer Pile know that. You don't have to be a 2171 to see those optics. However I am a 2171 just for the record. I can see at night time. My M-16A2 is an iPad, the pen is mightier than the sword.
