100,000 shares for less than $1,000...evsy one share for every fifty...evsy valued at (70 cents per share) Why would holders be selling for .0095?

Who would sell 1000 shares for less than $10? There are a lot of sales for less than $50...how do they pay the ticket charges...commissions...and orginal purchase price? Something is strange on all of these tiny trades!
