Person: We can believe both the United States Patent Office and Delaware because they do not have documents with wrong dates and "miss-spelled words." As of Friday, Delaware still showed NeoMedia did not own the patents. As of today, the USPTO shows NM, LLC owns the patents from the now defunct NeoMedia.

Until yesterday, you had posted your own stickie with a link to the USPTO showing that NeoMedia assigned the patents to NM, LLC. There is no subsequent assignment from NM, LLC to NeoMedia.
