We can see some dilution but may not be serious dilution immediately.

They just got NDA filing waiver from FDA - that is $2 million saving - a very big amount for this size company

I don't see huge multiple for this co with all issues related to investigation etc.

So I am looking for medium term bump to recover my losses - company at least file NDA - that will allow partnership

Financially - they are micro-cap - they can afford dilution provided they file the NDA
