I don't think there is much shorting going on here.

I've seen this beast go from $0.59 to $1.2 in one day.

Nobody is going to short OWCP as it's like playing with fire.

I think the PPS decline is from average people selling their shares because they think they might be able to obtain a better benefit somewhere else.

No MMs plot BS going on here IMHO.
