Jcali.....yes, its a moot point however the fact the petition is listed as outstanding according to the rules can stall final approvals until such time the petition is finalized. the date set to give a complete response is August!

this idiot files a petition and in essence I think stalled the ability of the FDA to grant final approval. so this idiot who was complaining about his company getting squeezed out for 180 days just squeezed everyone out for much longer. I am afraid.
