I have heard that non DTC eligible stocks can't be shorted. NSAV is now non DTC elegible, so no one can't short the stock?
Others says that people can't short a stock while it has the STOP signal and that when it becomes Current traders can short it again.
Are these two a myth and anyone can short a stock at any moment?
How to know if NSAV can or can't be shorted just now being non DTC elegible and with the STOP?
