No liquidity, based off a stock price going lower and lower, MM's imo holding it up with small positions like the $100 position traded all day up 2 cents, like the $1.20 ask price up there a lot, but most all the trades are around a dollar, also plan is to dilute the stock to buy other companies presumably, because blown through all the a/s if outstanding were all issued, want 4 times more, the likely many months wait for any significant revenues to offset a losing balance sheet obviously except for the IPO money, but the balance sheet is increasingly negative, gets worse every quarter, the increasingly doubtful GE contract/partnership, general lack of revenue guidance with actual numbers, the restricted shares that will be free to sell on the market in less than two weeks, the weird .5 million $$ convertible debt deal with Morf with scant details, stuff like that.

All of the above puts doubt in the management.

For example someone decides to sell this, how do they do that? If stock goes more like $2.00, and people want to sell then I don't know where any buyers would call a bottom, in anticipation of $5.00 stock price?, or if paid a penny, then $4.01, in anticipation of $4.01 stock price. If PPS goes below say $2, and say authorized are increased times 4, then I think these warrants are toast, like under .10 cents; all imo. The stock price may never make the $4, or $5 after any dilution events they are telling you they plan to do; if so, then the warrants are worthless.

From an investor standpoint, at this moment, imo, the chance of being delisted outweighs the chance for a profit, and I am certainly watching this sad story from the sidelines. Thought they were really getting 'er done with the Nasdaq listing, and wondered for a second if there were forces at work we don't know about, but no, everybody got paid in the IPO, that's it, now they continue with same motis opperendi running this like a sole proprietorship on the investor dime.

If you guys are right and takes off in the morning or in the morning after the earnings announcement, or any morning, or day for that matter, then congrats in advance.

The warrants should be a huge concern here imo...
