I cannot possibly agree more on the "disband and recreate" strategy. I've been saying this for years. The day they start doing things "right" is the day that common shares are worthless. They'll continue to grow at shareholders expense and make millions along the way. No real company would want _this_ timeline in their backstory.

"So, how did you get so rich?! How did your company become so successful TRTC?!"

"We ripped off our shareholders. We made millions at every corner, while they foot the bill! Nerds!"

I used to look up to Salwa for her advocacy. Now, I think she's a disgrace.
