The below synopsis is from the undisputed court record and substantiated by recorded documents. Do with the stubborn facts what you will. Undoubtedly, some with think its fake nonsense. " On December 4, 2015 BH Trucking (still then known as Tautachrome Arizona), filed Articles of Amendment with the Arizona Corporation Commission again. See Exhibit 11 (Articles of Amendment filed December 4, 2015). In the December 4, 2015 Articles of Amendment Tautachrome Arizona changed its name to BH Trucking. The document is signed by Robert McClelland. However, in Paragraph 3, it states that this amendment was adopted on November 25, 2015, the same date that Defendant Leonard removed himself as an officer and shareholder of BH Trucking and transferred the Patent to Tautachrome, and the day after he spoke with Angela Kerr when she attempted to serve him with the 2015 Complaint."
