Interesting questions bob4uall. Wish I had some answers for you. But, sadly, despite all the digging I have been doing, there just isn't much out there to learn.

I did find a site that talks a great deal about trading in the grey market in general. The link is below:

I found the following statement of some interest: All Grey sheet trading is moderated by a broker and done between consenting individuals at a price they agree on. The only documentation that can be publicly found regarding the trades is when the last trade took place.
