it's because convertibles aren't done dumping- can someone ask what the new estimate is from CEO of how many shares he thinks the short term dilutor owns? He said he thinks $50K about a week ago.

What's bothering me is if the dilutor knows of the phase 2 imminent news then why is he dumping so low? especially if he has $50K left? And where is the news regarding phase 2 commencement doesn't CEO want to get the show on the road already? what is the hold up ? India news; lets go..
