Sorry for the oversight. That would then be restricted stock I guess with - as you say - prob a 6 month restriction?

Re the AS increase that seems to imply a lot of shares able to hit the market down the road - at least in proportion to now < 20m now but possibly 180m more hitting the market. No way really to read much into that though is there? After all, IF it is a big success there are numerous ways in which the company could issue shares to help take advantage of their success. Would you agree or do you see the AS increase as ultimately a negative even if the company is a success?
