Just as a $ZMRK FYI: I noticed that the long time accountant whose name was on the incorrect year end financial statement, that really was a fourth quarter statement only and filed on March 27, was changed a few days later to another accountant on the final year end and fourth quarter financials. This new accountant also appears on the Q1 2017 statement.
I find it hard to believe that any legitimate accountant filed the Q1 as there are too many misspellings and inaccurate reportings for a legitimate CPA to let pass without making those needed corrections.
My guess is the accountants all quit and Zalemark published those statements themselves.
