My guess is that they are just putting the ribbon on the financing and we will see something on the East Texas LOI by the end of next week. Then I see a string of PR's comings. I am sure they are holding back on lots of stuff until the LOI is completed. It is a huge deal that they are buying out a larger company with Rigs and experienced personnel.

What is this stock ARCH you all keep talking about on the board. I almost thought I was on the wrong board!!!
