17 grand is not worthy of a PR.
Showcasing that they are now an approved supplier of the Israel Ministry of Defense AND an official approved supplier of the UK government is worthy of a PR. They should have taken the opportunity to mention the UK situation again and then just kind of added on that the Israeli Ministry of Defense made a significant initial order and Identa expects additional orders soon (in a matter of weeks?).
If you're going to make the effort and spend the money to PR something, then take advantage of the opportunity. Especially since they won't be putting this on their OWN WEBSITE.
Looks like the .0008 spike was short-lived. Somebody sold the news.
