Since last week pr on kick start campaign.The stock has failed to move up in pps.In fact every time costley has put out a pr release it goes down.It seems to me it's a one year pump stock.Selling in strength on last real run in early February was the fatal blow to investors.I don't believe costley can close on his Deal's.Just look at the pps other investor agree.Costley has cried wolf one too many times.
