IMO...wise move...this company is just shy of 2 yrs in the making, & just starting to come to fruition...

CEO has many years in the business as a market maker & IR person...

he's learned what works & what doesn't & has put together a very solid holdings company plan
through his business connections & market expertise...

we're just getting started.
