Strange things going on here. Filing Aug 15 2016 changed the AS to
10 BILLION recorded as 11 BILLION for whatever reason. Is another change in motion? Was Deslongchamps paid off to leave? Will the CAVEAT EMPTOR Skull & Crossbones be removed? Beginning to look like a Batman & Robin episode.

Btw - Douglas Hall is now listed as a Director. Therefore, he is now fair game and not a TOS violation. I hope the "other one" shows up. Just might the way this is going and the sparks will fly. Pun intended.
