No growth potential at all. VMGI is a dark/defunct company. No website anymore. The CEO has disappeared from the company, but may be hoping to cash out his shares as soon as possible and convert his portion of the over 8 billion common shares (on as-converted basis). Unfortunately, VMGI has to first reverse split or raise the authorized shares, because it is pretty much flat broke and has maxed-out their common share authorization.

Heed the huge warning on OTC about this company.
