That makes no sense to me. A seller could dump into the .0001 and the buyer would be stuck with 370 million shares. This is not some fake buy order. And perhaps it is an insider trying to buy more shares, hoping that someone will sell at .0001, so they sit and wait. But no one is selling.

I operate on common sense. Common sense is not available to everyone.
