True, however, I believe a reverse split will be the outcome and anyone holding less than 10,000,000 shares will be effectively shut out of any profit.
I can't see any reason for DL to want to acquire IBRC other than to increase SS.
The video of the border protection system seems pretty amateurish and the idea of darts being shot at persons will never fly.
Then there is the issue of environmental impact....at 200' this system would most certainly affect bird and insect migration.
Hopefully this is not just another scam replacing the last, but only time will tell.
