Trader993 and anyone else I have done the most research out of anyone.
The otc website is never accurate where you are looking at the shares outstanding under company profile.
If you read through ALL of the filings you will find more shares issued as convertible debt that were able to be freed up into free trading shares on April 20th and April 28th.
Magically around the same time they started selling into the bids and it has gotten a little volume!!!
