The only reason they didn't dilute to 15b is the SP is stuck at .0001. What good would it do to dilute more and have more shares sitting at .0001 on the ask. They need liquidity to dilute more and pay new note holders and their ridiculous admin. expenses I.E. Salaries. For doing nothing but printing shares.

Their actions prove they don't give a damn about SHs.
