I/We can only speculate at this moment, but what I think happened is the following:

Kevin Harrington was indeed part of the BOD of Sharkreach and according to Sharkreachs website he is no longer at this moment. BUT, he is still an advisor of Sharkreach. He also assisted the acquisition of Mastermind closely. We can assume Mr. Harrington helped funding this deal, but after closing there was a reason for him to back out of the deal so the funding fell apart. This most likely happened somewhere in February/March. At that same time he apparently quit being on the BOD. So,they DID indeed buy Mastermind last year and they DID do great work on the Star Wars movie VIA Mastermind AFTER the completed merger. SO SHARKREACH IS NO SCAM!

We have to await a reaction of Sharkreach to give further explanation on this (if they do). In the meantime they are still working on closing the other announced/unannounced LOI's. I can understand that they take time to close these deals since they do not want another screw up like with Mastermind.
