The company stated what problem they had with some people claiming to be shareholders who harassed entities working with Nanologix technologies. Are you suggesting the update was a lie?

I'm suggesting the company is making a big issue about nothing in order to create an excuse for why they aren't transparent.

A true shareholder should not be harassing companies or organizations involved with Nanologix or any other company.

It happens every day. It's a normal course of business. It isn't remotely close to the first time the EPA or Battelle have ever had a shareholder call them looking for information. In 1958, a well known book entitled "common stocks and uncommon profits" was written to encourage investors to call companies and speak with management. This is not a new concept. It's not even close to a rare concept. What is rare is a CEO complaining and making excuses about it in a letter.
