Imperial, they have more important things to do...

than to deal with someone that wants to borrow a clock from their website. They're in business for Pete's Sake.

Gripe about when you leave a message on WWNG's IR line 2-3 times and they never return your call. Now, that's quite rude.

I don't blame them personally. I'd have better things to do than communicate with someone that likes a JPEG or GIF on my site.
