Scams like NTEK use the tried and true pump and dump strategy. Spin stories that are not true (like NTEK at Cannes) or partner with other scams to create artificial buzz but never amount to anything, (like Akyumen). So the outerweb will spin any tale they can to create interest and inevitably bag-holders. With that in mind no surprise one sees PPS go up periodically but the long-term chart shows the big picture, overall down more than 90%.
