Bitcoin company that also made apps, got into a medical app for Ebola, SEC stepped in and said they were over promising on "medical applications". They sold their bitcoin site, sold the medical app, the CEO Derick sold all the bitcoins the company had, pocketed the money and sold the company to a consolidation group in Ogden Utah. Haven't heard anything about their plans for the ticker or company.
