Yes it should tell the world that there is an organized effort to bilk hapless marks. Commenting on penny stock scams like ROTH is always worthwhile if it helps to save even one college fund from being squandered, avoids a forced return to work from someone previously retired, or prevents a repossession of a family home.

I've seen each of these (and worse, including divorce and at least one suicide) result from unsophisticated would-be "investors" listening to the "management" and their supporters on shadowy unlisted stocks like ROTH.
