In your original post, you said "The current focus on adjunct is not allowing them to enroll into mono and co is just not moving". Yet in this post, you acknowledge Tony's comment "we have not been putting a lot of pressure on the sites to enroll the monotherapy patients as quickly as they could". That's quite a negative stretch to say "not putting a lot of pressure" is the same as "not allowing them to enroll into mono".

In the same comment, Tony also said "I suspect that once we engage and put a full-court press on to the enrollment of the 300 patients will find that it will be readily enrolled". It appears the "full-court press" began Thursday night with Charlie Sheen's involvement in the PR gathering at the Roosevelt Hotel in L.A.

One thing is certain, and that is we're finally getting the exposure that we needed in this country and not just the UK. Everywhere I look this weekend, I'm seeing articles about Charlie Sheen and Pro-140. It's on MSN, Foxnews, N.Y. Daily News, etc. Until now, whenever it was announced that Charlie would be giving an interview, we crossed our fingers and hoped he would mention Pro-140. That's all changed now, and he's now on a crusade to bring Pro-140 to the forefront and to get it on the market. I don't think the crusade ended on Thursday, but is just getting started. I expect other news outlets will continue to pick this up which should include tv interviews and more. This is the exposure that we've been waiting for. I suspect Dr. P and the CROs will be very busy this week responding to the many people who are infected with HIV and who read how much Charlie's health has improved due to Pro-140. And he's been on it for almost a year. They're going to want to get off the HAART regiment and on Pro-140 ASAP. Looking for those patients who are sick enough to participate in the adjunct trial has been like looking for a needle in a haystack. With all of this exposure over the weekend, many of those people are now going to be aware of the trial. And it doesn't end there. Think of all of the investors who are going to be reviewing CYDY this weekend after reading about how this drug has the potential to help millions of people, and is in two Phase 3 trials. And not to mention people who work at the FDA who may be reading these articles. A close friend of mind told me yesterday that their friend, who works at the FDA, was asking them about it.

Last Thursday, there was a flurry of activity and ~250k shares were purchased within 30 minutes of the closing bell. There was a reason for that. Someone was thinking ahead. And I suspect it's going to get VERY interesting over the next few weeks with Charlie giving more interviews while pushing Pro-140. I think the odds of reaching their goal to complete the enrollment for adjunct and enrolling 100 patients for mono by the end of next month just increased exponentially. Just my opinion of course, but I'm starting to get excited, not depressed.
