Yeah, strange, I guess Sherman was just there to facilitate the merger/acquisition of Carepoint...??

Which is kind of suspect as I highly doubt the promo would have went over nearly as well without him. Richard C. Weiner is the same guy from Mistral Ventures, Inc (MILV), which does't look like it turned out too well for shareholders, as it's currently sitting @ .0001, so folks would have probably proceeded more cautiously.

If you got in early this was a epic promo but seems pretty risky now at these prices, especially in light of this new info IMO.
