Remember short capital gains tax is about 40%. I doubt he will sell under .50. maybe $1. He then needs to protect his earnings. He wants to build the company. BTW if he starts dumping his shares then everyone will think something is wrong and will dump their shares causing panic bringing this under one cent. He won't do that, no way.
