Not only was it believed to never come out, but it confirms almost every rumor we know about the company to be true.

ABHI's prior management made some mistakes and lost the patent to their product. ABHI was finally awarded the patent back (to buy it back) which they did and now they own it. They are filing a lawsuit seeking 10mil in damages per the last press release.

Among lots of other things. There hasn't been a company update via 8k in over a year. Check it out for yourself 39M float almost locked
