It seems like its a decent deal for Stan and Gil and a bad deal for everyone else.

Can Pow! pay that $5.3 Mil to Silvercreek to get them to give the general release (part e of the merger agreement)?

(e) the POW! Entertainment Group shall have received
a general release from Silver Creek Pictures, Inc.
related to the overhead/“housekeeping”/funding
agreements between POW! Entertainment and
Silver Creek Pictures, Inc.;



That would be really bad for the rest of the shareholders.
