Owner is trying to get a big 25 Mil$ loan to supposedly build that Mall.
I already posted here that if that money ever came it would be better to spend it into the Mining Business, since Malls are not making money lately.
In any case, high book value and MM s being squeezed for shorting is what has probably to do with latest and may be near future run upwards.
At least I am confident to say that the Owner is honest and this is not a scam. Go EFLN
