Further uncertainty here. Nov 1 first approval you saw how Par shipped right on the spot. May 1 approval, we got some screw up appearing and dissipated into thin air. MNK was supposed to ship the product on May 1.

So now, this feels all wrong. If FDA delayed then why did it showed up in Orange book? This doesn't looks like an FDA delay issue. Something else cause FDA to pull it off the record. Who and why is the question.

Everybody knew MNK is going to launch the product so it was no secret. It's not like MNK needs to keep it secret from competitors. Only one record of approval on May 1, that's not right either.
