Sir, thank you so much for this reply. I truly appreciate the amount of effort you put into it. It has very nicely brought me up to speed. I'm hoping for another play I'm in to sometime come in very very big then I'll be loading up here or maybe even go to the company and invest directly or even buy one of the properties myself. I've always wanted a home near to the ocean and have never seen the pacific ocean - yet.

All in an ideal world of course.
