So he reads message boards to help formulate his business plan. Interesting, I've never seen that business model before. With regard to not reversing, that's a catch 22, if they do they will lose their current sharehder base and carry that blemish. Don't tell me it's out of the good of their hearts, that's hogwash. By the way, I'm trying to figure out how to sell my business to myself and rake in 25% of it's equity while doing so, any tips?
