Had a new conversation with Jay King today.
1.) Seller is are what's dropping the price. Not dilution, not kodiac, just us common share holders. (Stop selling)
2.) Sleek was probably paid buy large holders to promote/pick the stock
HE would never tell about it though. AS WELL AS SOME OTHER PROMOS ELSEWHERE MOST LIKELY. We spent some time talking about this aspect.
3.) Nothing's changed about the company, but the pps, just people that's moving to something else.
4.) KODIAK can't dump on us, they're credit involves preferred share purchased for 3mil given to Mr.tew in exchange for those preferred share that they can't sell for a year, and even after that there is a limit of how much they can sell at a time. (NO NEED TO FEAR THAT AT ALL-PLUS THEY ARE WAITING ON A MARKET CAP OF AT LEAST 50MIL) Sleek doesn't know what he's talking about when he comments on tapping the credit blah blah.
5.) There are bashers trying to pump up fear so those in the know can get shares/

6.) Also Tew doesn't care that much about stock price right now cause he has money to build company. Our investment doesn't translate into a dime for him. He got that before with convertibles, but now he has credit. The revenue next will fuel his efforts. I think I'm starting to understand pink companies pr-pleasing their note holder buddies to dilute into it. TEW isnt doing that, why? cause he isnt looking to dilute anymore-due he doesn't need to, he's focusing on getting his revenue machine running. So he doesn't have to got that route for money again.

Glad I learn something this time, hold bags, this has educated me greatly. I won't be Sleek'D ever again. (Sleek'D-definition- basically strung along with a carrot dangling by anyone ever again, all the while secretly dumped on.
