The truth

Either this is a legit reverse merger by a Chinese company into the American market or

It's the most elaborate OTC scam I have ever seen in 20 years in Penny land

Believing that this is a scam or scheme is nonsensical because it would involve a Chinese billionaire, international travel, dozens of high end business men and fake news and bogus registrations with the SEC


I choose to believe the rationale
