Well my 100 percent confidence in this company is now 99.99 percent. I decided not to sell any of my shares today that I was originally considering if the 10-k didn't come out by 3 pm today. After thinking about how important the 10-k is vs how important re-stocking product for sales is, I get this feeling that Hartman has been more concerned with selling product as he should be. We all seen the sales increase and we all want that to continue. Would be nice if he could do both.
With the 10-k not released today my confidence did fall to 95 percent until I took a peak at the L2. Look at the bid volume at 0.0125. Then look at the low volumes on the ask. Apparently not too many are worrying about the 10-k, because we all know that revenue is coming in and the price is going up.
However, what will be the penalty be for continuing a delinquent filing status? Well it didn't stop the price from going up this week! I'm just hoping that we see that very important and somewhat not important at all 10-k soon :)
